Section 58

The owner shall, when so required by the Port Officer, or by any police officer, show to such officer all explosives and dangerous goods under his control, or upon his vessel and shall afford every reasonable facility to enable any such officer to inspect and examine such explosives and to ascertain whether the provisions of these regulations are being duly observed.
