Section 57
(1)
In any port or harbour all due precautions shall be taken in respect of any explosives or dangerous goods in any vessel or port to prevent accidents by fire or explosion, and to prevent any unauthorized person having access to the explosives.
(2)
If any explosives or dangerous goods are lost or stolen from any vessel or in any port or harbour the fact shall, as soon as possible, be reported to a police station.
