Section 102
(1)
The Minister may, by notice in writing to the holder of a water licence, suspend temporarily for a period not exceeding ninety days all or any rights given under a water licence issued under this Part if he is satisfied that –
(a)
the holder of the licence or any person employed by him –
(i)
has breached any of the terms and conditions specified in the licence; or
(ii)
has contravened any of the provisions of this Enactment; or
(b)
conditions of severe drought require that the water be made available for other public purpose.
(2)
The decision of the Minister to suspend a water licence under subsection (1)
shall be final.
