Section 105
(1)
The Director may revoke a water permit if he is satisfied that the holder of the permit -
(a)
has breached any of the terms and conditions specified in the permit; or
(b)
has contravened any of the provisions of this Enactment.
(2)
The decision of the Director under subsection (1) shall be final.
