Where any alienated land is affected by a water licence issued under this Part, the
Director having custody of the register wherein the title to the land is recorded shall –
(a)
before the delivery of such licence –
(i)
make in the register an entry of the grant of the licence and the period thereof; and
(ii)
certify on the licence that such entry has been made; and
(b)
on revocation of the licence, make in the register an entry of such revocation.
