Section 134

(1)

Any authorised officer shall have the power to investigate the commission of any offence under this Enactment.

(2)

Every person required by an authorised officer to give information or produce any document or other article relating to the commission of any offence which is in the person's power to give shall be legally bound to give the information or to produce the document or other article.
