Section 135
(1)
An authorised officer making an investigation under this Enactment may by order in writing require the attendance before him of any person who appears to the authorised officer to be acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the case, and such person shall attend as so required.
(2)
If any such person fails to attend as required, the authorised officer may report such failure to a Magistrate who may thereupon in his discretion issue a warrant to secure the attendance of such person.
(3)
A person attending as required under subsection (1) shall be entitled to be paid the reasonable travelling and subsistence expenses incurred by him and it shall be lawful for the Director to pay such expenses.
