Section 100

(1)
The granting of a panning licence, prospecting licence and proprietary mining licence under this Ordinance shall take effect on the issuance of such licence.
(2)
The granting of a mining lease or certificate under this
Ordinance over State land shall take effect upon the registration of the mining lease or certificate.
