Section 97
The Registrar shall, for the purposes of this Ordinance, open a series of books to be known as—
(a)
the register of panning licences;
(b)
the register of prospecting licences;
(c)
the register of mining leases and certificates; and
(d)
the register of proprietary mining licences.
