Section 104

Registered mining lease or certificate to be conclusive evidence

Part shall, subject to this Ordinance, be conclusive evidence—

(a)

that the land described therein is to be used for the purpose stated in the lease or certificate by the person or body for the time being registered as the lessee or holder of the certificate;

and

(b)

of the conditions and other provisions subject to which the land is for the time being held by the person or body, so far as the same are required by any provision of this Ordinance to be specified in that document.

Lease or certificate shall be indefeasible
