Mineral tenement in certain land areas

of Minerals Ordinance, 2004

The Authority may, for the issuance of any mineral tenement, by notification in the Gazette—

(a)

require a special application procedure; and

(b)

require special conditions, to be complied with in respect of certain areas or category of land subject to existing land use or classification under Part II of the Land

Code [Cap. 81 (1958 Ed.)].
