The holder of a prospecting licence shall submit a notice of discovery in such form as may be prescribed, within twelve months from the discovery of any mineral deposit with economic potential to the Director, the Superintendent and the Director of Minerals and

Geoscience together with such information as may be necessary to confirm the existence of the mineral deposit.
