Transfer of prospecting licence

Section 28

(1)

A prospecting licence may, subject to the approval of the Minister, be transferable upon the death, dissolution, bankruptcy or insolvency of the holder thereof.

(2)

An application for the transfer of a prospecting licence shall be in the form prescribed by the Authority.
