Section 43
(1)
Except in so far it is otherwise provided, every removal licence shall be issued for a term not exceeding six months from the date of issue thereof.
(2)
Every removal licence shall have effect subject to such provisions as may be contained therein and, so far as not inconsistent therewith, to any other provisions which may be prescribed.
(3)
Every removal licence shall be in Form 5.
