Section 56

(1)

The State Authority shall establish a fund to be known as the “Forest Development Fund” (hereinafter referred to as the

“Fund”).

(2)

The Fund shall be administered by a committee to be known as the “Forest Development Fund Committee” (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) consisting of—

(a)

the State Secretary, as Chairman;

(b)

the State Financial Officer; and

(c)

the Director.
