Section 17

Upon direction by the Council, any Government Entity or any person shall immediately make available any information or intelligence in its or his possession which relates to national security to the Council through the Director General.

For the purposes of this section, the Council may issue a directive to facilitate the sharing of information and intelligence between the Government Entities.
