Section 25
(1)
A judgment of the Court takes effect from the day of its date.
(2)
Every judgment shall be dated as of the day on which it is pronounced, given or made, unless the Court orders it to be dated as of some earlier or later day, in which case it shall be dated as of that other day.
(3)
Except where the Court enters judgment in default of appearance by both parties, the Courts shall, in every action heard before it, set out the reason for its decision.
(4)
Every judgment shall be in Form 8.
