Section 27

When a District Officer, District Chief or Native Chief who has presided over any proceedings is unable through death, illness, transfer, or other cause to pronounce judgment, the judgment written by him may be read by the succeeding District Officer or any other

District Chief or Native Chief, as the case may be, in the district in which the Court is established.
