Section 29

Where it is represented to the Minister that it is expedient that any of the powers of the Board or the Controller under this

Ordinance should be exercised by a local authority, statutory body or such other authority or officer or person, the Board or the Controller may, with the approval of the Minister, delegate the exercise of that power or the discharge of that duty to that local authority, statutory body, authority, officer or person:

Provided that nothing in this section shall authorize delegation of any power to make subsidiary legislation.
