Section 30C

In any prosecution of an offence under section 30 or 30B, where it is proved that refuse has been deposited or open burning or pollution of the soil has occurred, on any land, the owner or occupier thereof shall, until and unless the contrary is proved, be deemed to have carried out, caused or permitted the deposit of such refuse or open burning or pollution of the soil, as the case may be.
