Section 20
(1)
On receipt of an application or reference, the Chairman shall within not later than thirty days notify both parties in writing of the time and place at which the application or reference shall be heard.
(2)
A notice delivered to a party on an application or reference by the hand of some person acting under the authority of the
Committee or sent by registered post to the address of a party as stated in the memorandum of the tenancy agreement shall be deemed to have been served upon such party.
