Officers, members of Tribunal and Committee deemed to be public servants

Section 32
(1)
Every officer or member of the Tribunal or Committee appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].
(2)
The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198] shall apply to every such officer or member.
