Section 34
(1)
Any person who knowingly makes any false statement or misrepresents or conceals any fact touching any particulars required to be stated in any proceedings before the Tribunal or
Committee or in any matter under this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or to both.
(2)
No prosecution for an offence under subsection (1) shall be instituted without the sanction of the Public Prosecutor.
