Section 6
(1)
No landlord shall enter into a tenancy agreement for a term of less than three consecutive seasons.
(2)
Without prejudice to any proceedings which may be taken against the landlord, any agreement for a term of less than three consecutive seasons shall be deemed to be a tenancy agreement for a term of three consecutive seasons and this Act shall apply to such agreement and the parties to the agreement.
