International Searching Authority

Section 78L
(1)

The Registrar shall, by notification published in the Official

Journal, specify the International Searching Authority which is competent to carry out the international search for international applications filed with the Patent Registration Office.

(2)

When there is more than one competent International Searching

Authority, the applicant shall indicate his choice of International

Searching Authority in the request.
