International publication of international application and its effect

Section 78N
(1)
The international publication of an international application by the International Bureau designating Malaysia as a designated office shall have the same effect as the publication of an application under section 33D of a patent application if the international publication is transmitted to and received by the Patent Registration Office.
(2)
The Patent Registration Office shall make available the international publication of the international application designating
Malaysia as a designated office for public inspection as soon as possible.
