10A. Conditions may be attached to licence

The Registrar may stipulate in the licence such conditions as he may think fit and he may, at any time during the duration of the licence, add to, revoke or vary any of the conditions.

Any person who fails to comply with any of the conditions of the licence commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
