Section 11E
(1)
Upon the revocation of the licence under section 11, or if there is an appeal, upon the rejection of an appeal against the revocation of the licence under section 11B, the pawnbroker shall, within fourteen days from the date of the notice of the revocation, or the notice of rejection of the appeal against revocation, being served on him, surrender his licence to the Registrar.

Any person who fails to surrender his licence as required under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding twelve months or to both.
