10C. Requirement to display licence

A licensee shall at all times display his licence in a conspicuous part of the premises where he carries on his pawnbroking business.

“licensee” means any pawnbroker to whom a licence has been granted under section 9;

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence.
