Keeping of accounts

Section 37
(1)

The Commission shall cause books to be provided and kept, and true and regular accounts to be entered therein of all moneys received and paid by the Commission, and of the several purposes for which the moneys have been received or paid, as well as of the assets, credits and liabilities of the Commission, which books shall, at all reasonable times, be open to the inspection of any member of the Commission or of any other person specially authorized by the Minister to inspect the same.

The said account shall be kept in such form as the Minister directs.

(3)

The books of account shall be kept at the head office of the

Commission.

(4)

Annual accounts shall be made up by the Commission showing the assets and liabilities of the Commission and its income and expenditure for the financial year.
