Section 47
(1)
The Government may lend money to the Commission for the general purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Commission shall pay to the Government interest at such rate and at such times, and shall also make such provisions for the mode and time or times of repayment of the loan as may be agreed upon between the Government and the Commission in respect of the loan.
