Section 52
No person shall be appointed as an Independent Advisor unless —
(a)
the person has consented in writing to the appointment and has not withdrawn its consent as at the date of its appointment; and
(b)
the person is —
(i)
a merchant bank;
(ii)
a firm of accountants; or
(iii)
a person (other than a natural person) who, in the opinion of the Corporation, has the requisite experience or is capable of performing the duties of an Independent Advisor.
