Section 56

for any purpose an act is required to be done within a particular period or before a particular time under the provision of any law or any agreement; and

this Part prevents the act from being done within that period or before that time, the period is deemed to be extended or the time is deemed to be deferred for the duration of the period that such act is prevented by this Part from being done.
