Section 53
Where two or more persons are appointed as the Special
Administrators of an affected person—
(a)
the functions or the powers of the Special Administrator may be performed or exercised by any one of them or by both or all of them jointly;
(b)
a reference to the Special Administrator in this Act shall be a reference to whichever one of the persons appointed, as the case may be.
