Section 22A
(1)
The Perbadanan may select any short subject film produced by a licence holder engaged in the production of films for the purpose of evaluating such film with a view to granting the same a certificate of merit.
(2)
In this section, “certificate of merit” means a certificate issued by the Perbadanan for any short subject film to indicate that such film is of acceptable quality for film exhibition.
