Section 25
Offence to contravene any of the provisions of this Part
of Perbadanan Kemajuan Filem Nasional Malaysia Act 1981
Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Part shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both such fine and imprisonment, and he shall in addition, in the case of a continuing offence, be liable to daily fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit.

Where a person who has been issued with a licence under section 22 is guilty of an offence, the licence shall be liable to be cancelled by the Perbadanan and subsection 22(3) shall apply in respect of any decision of the Perbadanan to cancel the licence.
