Opening note
Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 12 (2) Akta Pergigian 1971, Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis Pergigian Malaysia, membuat perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Pergigian 1971 adalah dipinda—
(a)
dengan memotong perkataan-perkataan "The Royal University of Malta" dan kelulusan yang berkaitan yang terdapat di bawah negeri "Malta"; dan
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas sahaja catatan-catatan bagi "Republic of Korea", negeri, yayasan dan kelulusan yang berikut:
"Malta
University of Malta
Bachelor of Dental Surgery "
Diperbuat pada 2hb November 1991. [KKM-60 (336); PN. (PU $ ^{2} $ ) 93/II.]

DENTAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 1991
Act 51.
Seksyen 11
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 (2) of the Dental Act 1971, the Minister, after consulting the Malaysian Dental Council, makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This Order may be cited as the Dental (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 1991.
Seksyen 2
The Second Schedule to the Dental Act 1971 is amended—
(a)
by deleting the words "The Royal University of Malta" and the related qualification appearing under the country "Malta"; and
(b)
by inserting immediately after the entries for "Republic of Korea", the following country, institution and qualification:
"Malta
University of Malta
Bachelor of Dental Surgery "
