Right to analysis of food

Section 24
(1)
A person who has bought any food shall, on payment of the prescribed fee, be entitled to have a sample of the food analysed by an
Analyst in order to determine whether the food is contaminated food, and to receive from him a certificate of analysis.
(2)
A person, other than the seller of the food, may, on payment of the prescribed fee and the cost of the sample, require an authorized officer to purchase a sample of any food and submit it for analysis by an Analyst in order to determine whether the food is contaminated food.
