Section 33
(1)
An authorized officer must, if not in uniform, on demand declare his office and produce to the person against whom he is acting, the prescribed certificate of indentity.

(2)
A person may refuse to comply with a request, requisition, demand, or order made by an authorized officer acting or purporting to act under this Act if he is not in uniform and refuses, on demand by the person, to declare his office and produce his certificate of identity.
