Section 35
Nothing in this Part shall apply –
(a)
petroleum in the fuel tank of a vehicle;
(b)
dangerous petroleum not exceeding twenty gallons in quantity; or
(c)
non-dangerous petroleum not exceeding five hundred gallons in quantity, if such petroleum is contained in air-tight containers not exceeding two hundred gallons in capacity.
Licence necessary for transport of petroleum.
