Section 41
The following provisions shall apply to packages used in the transport of petroleum not carried in bulk –
(a)
petroleum shall be carried in strong metal packages in good condition and so constructed, secured and closed as not to be liable to become defective, leaky or insecure in transit;
(b)
all packages shall be so packed as not to project beyond the sides and back of the vehicle.
