The soldering of packages shall not be carried out in a filling shed but in a separate building not less than fifty, or in the case of non-dangerous petroleum, twenty feet distance therefrom.

Soldering irons, unless electrically heated, shall not be heated in the same building as that in which the soldering takes place, unless each operation is carried on in a separate compartment divided by a fire-proof partition of metal or concrete containing an opening not less than three feet from the ground, the opening to be furnished with an iron shutter

which can be closed at once in case of emergency; and each compartment shall be adequately ventilated.
(3)
Fires used for heating solder shall be at least three feet above ground level.
