Section 8
(1)
The Minister after consultation with the Board may for the purposes of this Act make orders for the imposition, collection, variation or cancellation of a cess or cesses on the exportation of canned pineapple.
(2)
Any order imposing a cess made under the Pineapple
Industry Ordinance 1951 [Ord. 36 of 1951], and in force on the date of the coming into operation of this section shall be deemed to be an order made under the preceding subsection.
