Establishment of the Board

Section 6
(1)
For the purposes of operating, promoting or managing pool betting and for the other purposes of this Act, the Yang di-Pertuan
Agong may establish a Board by such name as may be prescribed.
(2)
The Board shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its name and, subject to and for the purposes of this Act, may enter into contracts and acquire,

Pool Betting purchase, take, hold and enjoy movable and immovable property of every description and may convey, assign, surrender, yield up, charge, mortgage, demise, reassign, transfer or otherwise dispose of or deal with any movable or immovable property or any interest therein vested in the Board upon such terms as the Board may think fit.
