Distribution of funds of the Board

Section 19
Subject to any regulations made under this Act the Board may from time to time distribute any moneys forming part of the funds of the Board and not required by it in the exercise of its functions for all or any of the following purposes:
(a)
the promotion of sport generally in Malaysia including the provision of playing fields; and
(b)
such social and welfare purposes as may be prescribed.
