Management of pool betting
(2)
The licensee or the Board—
(a)
shall keep and preserve books, records, accounts or documents relating to the business of pool betting and enter therein all transactions of the licensee or the Board, as the case may be, in such manner as the Treasury may direct;
(b)
if so required by the Treasury shall make at such times and to such persons as the Treasury may specify, such returns or information relating to the business as the
Treasury may require.
(3)
The books, records, accounts or documents kept and preserved under the preceding subsection shall be opened at all reasonable times to the inspection of an authorized officer of the Treasury or such public officers as the Minister may from time to time appoint.
