Section 13
(1)
The Board shall appoint one or more auditors who shall, throughout the year, inspect and examine the accounts of the Board.
(2)
The appointment of any person as auditor under subsection
(1)
shall require the prior approval of the Minister.

(3)
An auditor appointed under this section shall on or before the thirtieth day of June in each year submit to the Board and the
Minister an annual report on the accounts of the Board in respect of the preceding year, and shall in his report draw attention to all cases in which it shall appear to him that this Act or of any approved scheme or rules or regulations made thereunder have not been complied with.
