Licences issued under the repealed act for a period of more than three years

Section 112
(2)
A holder of a licence issued under the repealed Act for a period of more than three years shall apply, not later than two years after the appointed date, for a licence to be granted to him under this Act in substitution for the licence issued under the repealed Act.
(3)
The licence issued under the repealed Act for a period of more than three years shall lapse if the holder does not apply for a licence under this Act within two years after the appointed date as stipulated under subsection (2).
