Section 32

If the Commission requests the applicant to submit the general terms and conditions or any aspect of the general terms and conditions to the Commission in electronic form, the applicant shall do so in a format that is acceptable to the Commission.

In the case of a universal service licensee, the general terms and conditions shall be approved by the Commission.

The Commission shall have the right to publish the general terms and conditions or any aspect of the general terms and conditions and to make available copies of the same to third parties.
