(2)
The Minister may, by rules published in the Gazette, prescribe the scope of and fee for postal financial services.
(3)
For the purpose of this Act, “postal financial services” means a range of postal financial services to be provided by a universal service licensee including money order, postal order, postal draft, postal cheque and postal travellers’ cheque.
